All applicants must meet the following criteria: a gross household income of at least 3x the monthly rent, a minimum credit score of 720, secuirty deposit due upfront (equal to one months rent), four (4) months of reserve funds, and verifiable rental history or homeownership with no unpaid rent, late payments, or lease violations. A criminal background check and valid government-issued ID are required. Each adult (18+) must apply separately, with a non-refundable $50 fee per applicant. Pet allowed based on each properties rules. A monthly fee for pets is required.
