IDX Broker Widget - "LBP_MAP_SEARCH_LB"

This “widget” is created on the IDX Broker middleware site.

The first stack of listings are all Laguna Beach Properties office listings (a feature that can be toggled on the page =>https://middleware.idxbroker.com/mgmt/preferences#results => “Feature My MLS Properties on Standard Results”)

The widget creation process is faily basic and only allows for control over price ranges, so you can’t select tpyes like “Residential Lease” or “Residential Sale”, etc, so in order to get the property list to display only leases, you’d probably have to cap the search parameter at a top price of $100K or something like that)
